Over 11s:

No alcohol to be available to children under the age of 18
Ratio of responsible adult to child should be no lower than 1:10
A maximum number of 100 attending
Parties to finish no later than 10pm
Youngsters should remain inside the hall for the party and not go outside, as a courtesy to the residents of nearby houses
In season, the garden can be available by arrangement
All damage to be paid for by the responsible adult making the hall booking
A minimum deposit of £100 will be required
The normal current hourly rates for the day of the week /time of day will be charged
A committee member will check the Hall and collect the key from the hirer at the end of the party (time to be mutually agreed)

11s and Under 
Ratio of responsible adult to child should be appropriate to the age of the children involved (no lower than 1:8)
The number of children attending should be appropriate to the planned activities
Parties to finish no later than 9pm
Youngsters should remain inside the hall for the party and not go outside, as a courtesy to the residents of nearby houses
NB. The adjacent play area for young children is NOT part of the Village Hall, but provided by the Parish Council
In season, the garden can be available by arrangement, but may need a safety check before very young children (under 7 years) use it
